iOS 4
- June 23rd, 2010
When updating to Apple iOS 4, some iPhone and iPod Touch users may experience problems when opening one of our Blackstone Audio apps. We apologize, and want you to know that we have updated our apps for iOS 4 and submitted them to Apple for approval. They are now available on the iTunes Store as a free update.
Here are some answers to your questions.
If you haven’t yet updated your device to iOS 4: Your Blackstone Audio apps will continue to work without interruption.
If you have updated your device to iOS 4: Your apps will not work properly and you will not be able to listen to the apps until you download the updated version. There’s no need to request a refund: the app update is free to you. The App Store on your device should notify you of the update's availability.
When will Blackstone apps be available for iOS 4? As of June 29, Apple had reviewed and accepted all of our app updates within a few days of our submitting them to the process. The Apple app team is very familiar with our products and were eager to see these updates released as quickly as possible.
Will Blackstone Audio be publishing more apps? Will they all be iOS 4 compatible? Yes, and yes! We’re adding dozens of new titles each week. Because our list is growing so quickly, we’ve created an easy way for you to get the latest list and check for those you’d like to add to your library.
